With a background in dispute resolution, Yu Tong brings a sharp understanding of risk to her corporate and commercial practice. She provides holistic legal advice across capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, and is also experienced in technology and employment matters.
Bored with retirement after a lifelong career at IBM, Theresa has joined the firm to put her MBA back to good use — keeping the team focused and ensuring the firm’s many gears run smoothly. She also brings valuable commercial, accounting, and financial expertise, which plays a vital role in structuring effective solutions for clients.
While not technically qualified in law (or anything other than unconditional loyalty), Whopper plays a crucial role in the firm’s day-to-day operations. Whether attending meetings uninvited, enforcing walk-time policy, or offering emotional support during tight deadlines, he ensures the team remains calm, focused, and slightly covered in fur. His specialties include sniffing out stress, silent supervision, and document destruction.
