Heartiest congratulations to Grand Venture Technology Limited (“GVT”) on its successful initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”).

GVT’s IPO is the first initial public offering and listing on the SGX-ST for 2019. Based on the invitation price of S$0.275 per share, the post-invitation market capitalisation of GVT was S$64.4 million, and the IPO raised approximately S$13.2 million in gross proceeds. CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch is the Sponsor and Issue Manager for the IPO and CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is the Underwriter and Placement Agent.
