Everstead’s Jeremiah Huang and Loh Yu Tong have successfully advised and assisted SGX-listed Advanced Systems Automation Limited, on the recent requisition by certain of its shareholders to, amongst others, remove certain Directors and reconstitute the Board.

Jeremiah was approved by the full Board – comprising representatives from both camps – to act as independent counsel, and pursuant thereto, worked closely with the Company’s Sponsor, ZICO Capital, to provide balanced and reasoned advice. This included assisting with the drafting of responses to SGX queries, coordinating update announcements, and supporting preparations for the extraordinary general meeting which was eventually held.
