After a 3-year hiatus, the Corporate Practice Committee of The Law Society of Singapore brought back its once-annual and always-anticipated “Corporate Law Day 2024.” Three insightful panels were convened, one of which was co-moderated by our Principal, Jeremiah Huang.

Together with Song Ruoh Jin (Lee & Lee), Jeremiah co-moderated the panel, “Buy-Backs, Redemptions, Capital Reduction: The Law, The Process and Tax Considerations”, which featured esteemed tax practitioner Vishesh Dhuldhoya (KPMG) and tax lawyers Han Junwei (Deloitte) and Ong Ken Loon (Drew & Napier).

This year’s Corporate Law Day was held at The Executive Centre (Level 49), One Raffles Quay North Tower, Singapore.
