Established in 1974, Engtek has, for decades, been a trusted partner to customers across the maritime, offshore, oil and gas, and industrial sectors throughout Asia. Renowned for its technical expertise, regulatory insight and deep regional relationships, Engtek has played a pivotal role in delivering mission-critical safety systems across Singapore, China and the wider region.

Building on this strong regional foundation, the business will now form part of a global safety platform with significant international scale and resources. Based in Norway, Autronica Fire and Security is part of Spectrum Safety Solutions, an industrial fire and safety platform created by Sentinel Capital Partners following its carve-out of the industrial fire business from Carrier Global Corporation.

The acquisition enhances Autronica’s direct presence in Asia and supports the company’s long-term growth strategy in the global fire and gas safety industry.
