Our Principal, Jeremiah Huang, was invited by Global Legal Insights, to contribute the Singapore Chapter of its renown book on Initial Public Offerings. The 2025 edition, now in its 9th iteration, features a chapter authored by Jeremiah together with our Associate, Loh Yu Tong, offering practical insights into the IPO process in Singapore and an analysis of developments throughout 2024 and into the remainder of 2025.

This is not Jeremiah’s first contribution to GLI –  he previously authored the Singapore chapter of the 7th edition (2023), and this latest one builds on that foundation with updated commentary and regulatory context. That said, the chapter may soon be overtaken by events, as Singapore prepares to overhaul its IPO framework in the coming year – part of broader efforts to revitalise its equity capital markets.
