Our Principal, Jeremiah Huang, was a featured speaker at the Investor Readiness Workshop jointly organised by the Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMed) and KPMG Singapore, at which he spoke about legal considerations in fundraising.

This dynamic event brought together some of Asia’s most exciting medical technology startups and SMEs with the region’s largest and most established investment funds. The workshop was designed to equip founders and investors with practical tools, strategies, and insights to help scale their businesses, navigate fundraising rounds, and position themselves for long-term growth in the healthcare innovation space.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Singapore, APACMed serves as the unified voice for the medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics industry across the Asia Pacific region. Representing over 300 member organisations, including leading manufacturers, suppliers, and industry associations, APACMed is dedicated to improving patient care standards through innovative collaborations among stakeholders. The association actively engages with regulators, policymakers, healthcare providers, and patients to develop policies that enhance healthcare access and quality. APACMed is renowned for its commitment to fostering innovation, promoting regulatory harmonization, and supporting ethical practices within the industry.
