We are pleased to announce that our Principal, Jeremiah Huang, has recently successfully acted for a HKEX-listed engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) group in its acquisition of 8 units (via an investment holding vehicle) at Prudential Tower, for S$37 million from one of the world’s largest asset managers. Jeremiah was lead and coordinating counsel for the buyer’s professional teams, which spanned different jurisdictions, reinforcing his ability to leverage domestic strengths and deliver cross-border solutions, however complex.
