Our Principal, Jeremiah Huang, recently featured as part of KPMG Law’s annual GC Elite series. At the global tour’s stop in Singapore on 25 September 2024, Jeremiah moderated a panel on Environmental, Social and Governance comprising Supriya Gogia (H&M’s Regional Head of Legal), Pilar Galán Gavilá (KPMG Law’s Global Law Lead) and Cherine Fok (KPMG ESG’s Head of Impact Plan).

Always oversubscribed, KPMG Law’s GC Elite series is an annual series of conferences that takes place across the world in various jurisdiction, which brings together the General Counsels and Heads of Legal of KPMG’s key clients. At each stop, discussions on cutting-edge developments affecting their business and the world in which they operate are held, exploring critical trends and issues that directly impact the interests of these leading professionals and their organisations.

Jeremiah is grateful to have been invited to moderate the panel on ESG, and more so to his panellists who suffered through his grilling. That said, Jeremiah wishes to put on record that, in an extraordinary break from what is usually the norm, he (thinks) looks better than he was drawn in the post-event infographic above.
